Hey there readers!
So you think you can cook!? Well here's something that'll impress your guests: Filipino Pork Adobo!
Pretty easy. Start by getting some pork meat. Preferably the kind that has fat still on them. Slice them up into 1" cubes. Toss 'em in a cooking pan/pot. Add smashed garlic cloves (2 heads), salt, pepper, vinegar (3 tbsp), and soy sauce (1/2 cup).

Cover that up. Heat up the pan on medium. Let the pork fat emerge. Then continually stir until golden brown.

Serve and enjoy!

Easiest and arguably the most delicious 30-45 minute meal ever.
